Same / wait times in duty finder / wish they mAde it so you could just add like npcs to fill party up instead of waiting for a party that don't kick you so their fc member can join.

You do realize the population of DPS is many times more than healers and tanks right? "Everyone" wants to deal damage, not some "crappy" job like heal or tank everything because then they wouldn't be doing any work at all.....  they are talking about adding solo dungeons at some point FFXIV Gil n you will be able to hire mercenaries to help you through the dungeon.

In all fairness, you just have to manage not standing in things to fill a dps role. The real work is for tanks and heals, they have the most on the line. Tanks need to keep aggro and rotate mitigation and, if the situation arises, do some dps too. Heals not only needs to not stand in bad but needs to make sure the tank and the party doesn't die. They have to manage mana, make split second decisions in critical situations and sometimes even do some dps on top of all of that. When people are feeling lazy, they dps. When I'm feeling lazy I dps.
