fix the problem mon-fri standard work

I'm going to save your lives from error 2002; I use to fix computers and this is how you fix that problem; it has to do with SEs fucked up proxy congestions on their servers the main solution is flushing the DNS however its different in most cases try this and please spread the word I would make a YouTube video but I don't have a decent cam FFXIV gil recorder but here's what you do. Go to the "Run" program and type cmd and select enter; if you don't know what this is it is the command prompt that you can manually tell a computer what to do, typically the harddrive but it also works with your proxy; type /ipconfig/release - this will cut your internet connection then type /ipconfig/renew this will renew your proxy and flush your DNS all in one go. You should be able to get on now if that doesn't work then submit a ticket because it will be server congestion which happens a lot on weekends- and they will fix the problem mon-fri standard work hrs and ask for free game time they will compensate you for this inconvenience. They will have both digital and physical, but i don't think you will actually need the CD to install anything, im sure they will just update the game through a patch (unless your on PS4).
