Can we pay real money for one of these crowns?

I like the crown because it actually does something and looks nice. I have a few fish masks and cannot stand the draw or look of those. They are not too flattering on a girl for sure. So what happens if a free player gets one and wants to trade or sell it? They have to get what price the GE says due to their trade limit right?

Can we pay real money for one of these crowns or do we have to buy spins and hope for the best?
