I miss when it was the best mmo around and the staff wasn't so money hungry. It is supposed to be old, dead code.You asked for the old version of the game, and now you're expecting Jagex to 'fix' it? It's seriously never enough! There is nothing wrong with 07. Some people just dont know what they got till its gone.Nothing that wasn't in 2007. You see all these people requesting clan camps and clan capes and such.. if you want that, play EoC/Rs3. Back in the day, Runescape had a bad reputation for being too strict and PG-13. The reason RS was seen as a kids game, or at least one of the biggest contributing factors, was the overzealous mods and the old, overly restrictive chat censorship. You could not say one thing out of line without fear of being muted for a week. No other MMO was this strict. A large number of players were muted very, very often for the slightest mistake. I'm glad Jagex have loosened their iron grip upon the community. I don't have to watch every little thing that I say anymore. Chatting with friends can get out of hand, but at the end of the day, it's just silly conversation and jokes between friends. I often got muted for ridiculous reasons - mostly for saying censored words, but not in an offensive manner. 

I loved clan wars

I loved clan wars, duel arena... Just a reminder--please remember to make sure your character's name and the resource total are visible in your picture. It makes it easier for us to verify and tell what you're RS name. So far I have achieved 36 magic, 32 Runcrafting, and 33 mining. I'm aiming for 50 magic but I'm mining my own pure essence and runcrafting my own runes in the process. Once I achieve that I am to get 44 runecrafting so I can make natures for a bit of money (as long as a market is there). I also did waterfall quest just get 30 attack and strength and then also to safe spot Fire Giants. EP'ing wasn't even supposed to be in the game, it was only introduced because it was a system that could be milked for all its worth. I don't count that as an integral part of the game. Try another example. So far the only overly bright color choice has been the water for me. That blue is, well, really bright blue - but that's probably also because the lighting seems overly bright in places. Also it doesn't seem to, well, move around a lot. At the moment it just looks like a repeated texture currently on the beta.buy gold rs. (Does anyone else feel this way too? Whilst both ideas are good in getting the game to run faster I think they are bad ideas to use.The beta is about seeing how it runs and Jagex using this data to make it run better; if you 'hack' around in the backend of the browser doing things standard users won't/can't do to make t pick up speed you are just giving Jagex false data on how the game runs for a normal user. If enough people partook it'd skew the whole data set and cause them to not fix very real issues as it appears to be working better than it is.

Although people hate change, change is good. Making me believe in the long run this update will be good. Trusting Jagex on this one, although not a big fan thus far, granted I've only tried one event so far. Planning on doing more.  But doing those methods afk are not the best xp possible.  For the best xp you need to focus on the game.  That is the way it has always been up until runespan for rc(but lets all admit that rc seriously needed runespan since it's xp was horrendous and even then if you want the absolute best xp/hr at runespan you need to actually pay attention and do things instead of just sitting there and siphoning).  You can still get ok xp afking in the EoC but you won't get near the best which is the point.  If you want the best xp you should have to actually play the game and not be watching vids on the internet while AFKing. Honestly I agree with you, but at the very least jagex has a good lead. I mean honestly jagex has a clearer view at what might be gumming these things up when they see players disabling these browser elements.


I however don't wish every one to have the same opinions and views, but to try and decrease the major variations in viewpoints. I understand that the major differences are hard to get rid of considering human nature to stick to one's inbred beliefs. Even though I would expect those who read it (if they get that far) would take it to heart and correct their way of going about everything. I would say I am a Community Vet because I really only get on to talk to friends if I don't have a goal I really want to meet.I don't hate it but at the current state of the beta I don't particularly love it either. do some Dungeoneering in the HTML5 Beta

I tried to do some Dungeoneering in the HTML5 Beta, but every time I tried to open a door to leave the starting room the game crashed, so hopefully that is fixed soon if not already.I'm kind of curious to see the underground pass in HTML5, to see how such a vast area underground would look.I've been finding potions and food useless, and hate how banks heal and having Lifepoints on armour, as it really diminishes gameplay having little use for food or potions, or even prayer. runescape accounts for sale.If I had one thing I could ask changed, it would be remove lifepoints from armour, then everything else would probably be corrected that was changed because of Lifepoints being on armour. I think the gameplay would be a lot better if Lifepoints were on our characters instead of on our armour.

I have one question. How does Jagex plan to support players (such as poor university students like myself) who operate on older laptops? Runescape 3 looks like it will have amazing graphics and content (kudos), but it looks like it will require a substantial amount of hard drive to properly operate. Perhaps you could allow Runescape 3 to have a safe mode? First off, the first time entering I've noted a long long time for the page to load.
Once loaded (as all beta goes) the frame rate and lag is still the same.
Again, I have seen N O water but I have heard the sound fx. This was both in Brimhaven with ships floating in mid air and in the Feldip/Oger region.
I have as always tried changing all settings from one end of spectrum to the other.Yes, the frame rate and lag (somewhat) are less at the lower end (min settings) but still no water. Since the html5 and all google products use alot of resources older computers will not be able to play in the rs3 world (sighs) but I still say that I do like the graphics/sounds in this medium. Having said all the above I am looking into getting the newest video card my older system can handle but the 2gig memory is as far as this system will allow.buy runescape gold.I'm looking into saving lots of bottles and cans to (recycle) make money to buy a newer system =3

They should sell the final version of Runescape classic now that number 3 is out. So that people can buy it and set up their own servers or play alone and just keep the legacy.I've seen nothing wrong with the content they've so far put in the game. I'm sure they would appreciate recommendations, but otherwise, those with negative things to say are better off keeping it to themselves.jagex should make dragons fly in rs3, dragons in dungeons can stay the same, but maybe dragons in wilderness could fly around.Seriously,they need to take those bots out,you get to work hard for good skills and theyre just sitting there watching their characters work automatically.maybe you are all misunderstanding this is obviously just a picture there might be even more feature you might think.welcome to jagex's version of World of Warcraft, do yourselves all a favor and just switch over to WoW, they are poorly copying them.
I remember when people put Wow vs runescape well look at it now haha i personally still like runescape, by the way you guys going to make more servers? Like not oldschool but like 2011 2010 2009 etc? I miss the target days were you kill 1 item targets for 5m .you really can't say Oldschool is better than EoC or vice versa. they're completely different games now, each with their own positives and negatives.saying one's better than the other is like saying you can compare things like Halo to Portal - both involve guns in futuristic environments, but they're completely different in gameplay.
guys quick question, everytime I log in my hp are 2800 instead of 6600 (im wearing my armour) but the hp starts at 2800 like im not wearing armour.. am I the only one who has this?you're in luck - RS3 will not only introduce better graphics, but also a better interface, a fully-orchestrated soundtrack, better gameplay and more. And that paves the way for the rest of the year and the next few years, where we'll be getting new skills, new quests, better gameplay, and so forth.

I know a company has to survive but why not do what they done with the premier club package. They will bring in more people to sub to membership therefore paying the server bills. instead of buying things in game that when the service is down, no reimbursement is issued within a certain period, I was refunded my membership after a problem with it but something you buy in game like a hat with real money or even a £15 suit. buy runescape accounts.No refund for that, say goodbye to your money.I went completely off topic.. But Jagex in general please sort yourselves out and just set up polls and listen to what your paying members want from the experience. Quickly change things or me and many others who have been in the same boat will leave this game for good, How did it feel going from 300k players online to less than 60k ?
As for the amount of players, they dropped in players because they got rid of a lot of bots. Also, those numbers are not even correct. Please, just stop playing. I don't want people like you stopping a game I like playing from evolving and being fun.So if Jagex charged you £15 for a cosmetic look on your character, but they then go offline a day after and never come back on, do you expect them to refund you ? I only managed to get a refund because they processed a bill wrong in which I was refunded my money and was happy since.Whats this update entail? I joined r.s back in 02 but havent played it in well over a yr or more. Vwt on sometimes for the holiday items.
